What do you need from me to prepare a quote?
The item or service you need, approximate sizes, quantities, where it will be used (indoor or outdoor), your deadline, and any artwork or reference images. Photos of the site help for signage and installations. If you're unsure about any of these, send what you have and we'll ask the right questions.
How much will my project cost?
Pricing depends on size, materials, quantity, finishing, artwork preparation and whether installation is required. Because two similar-looking jobs can differ a lot on these points, we quote each project individually rather than publishing a price list.
How long does production take?
Timelines depend on the scope, materials and approvals involved. A simple print run and a custom fabricated structure are very different jobs. Tell us your deadline when you enquire and we'll confirm whether it's achievable before you commit.
Can you help if I don't have print-ready artwork?
Yes — share what you have, such as a logo, brand guidelines or a rough idea. We'll tell you what's needed to make it production-ready and whether any design or adaptation work would be quoted separately.
Do you install?
Installation can be discussed for your project. Let us know the site location, access conditions and any building or landlord requirements, and we'll confirm what's possible in your quote.
