In-Store Graphics for Walls, Ceilings, Floors and Departments

Once shoppers are inside, graphics do quiet but important work. A mural sets the mood of a department, a ceiling hanger can be seen from the entrance, floor graphics lead people to a promotion, and category signs save them asking where things are. Good in-store graphics are planned as a system, so each piece has a job and nothing competes.

Start with a floor plan or a walk-through video of the store. We'll look at sightlines, ceiling heights, fixing points and wall surfaces, then suggest which areas need longer-lasting graphics and which should be quick to swap whenever a campaign or range changes.

Typical applications

  • Wall murals

Large printed walls that set the tone for a department, café area or brand zone.

  • Ceiling hangers

Suspended double-sided signs visible across the store, for departments or promotions.

  • Floor graphics

Printed floor stickers for wayfinding, queuing and promotional trails.

  • Department and category signs

Clear labels for aisles, sections and product categories.

  • Pillar and column wraps

Graphics that turn structural columns into branding space.

Questions

How are ceiling hangers fixed?

It depends on the ceiling. Grid ceilings can often take clips, while solid ceilings need other fixings. Photos of the ceiling help, and some malls or landlords restrict what can be hung, so it's worth checking.

Do floor graphics damage the floor?

Floor graphics use removable adhesives intended for smooth, sealed floors. Rough, porous or textured floors can be a problem, so tell us the floor type before anything is recommended.

How big should category signs be?

Big enough to read from the far end of the aisle or the store entrance. Tell us the distances involved and the ceiling height, and we'll suggest sizes that suit the space.
