Event Backdrops, Photo Walls and Stage Sets for Launches and Galas
At most events, the backdrop is what ends up in every photo and livestream. Stage sets, step-and-repeat walls and branded photo spots need to look right on camera, fit the venue and go up in the time the venue allows, which is often only a few hours.
Share your venue, stage size and event run of show. We'll talk through how the backdrop will be lit and filmed, how it will be supported without damaging the venue, and how it can be built and removed within your access window.

Questions
Which backdrop material looks best on camera?
Matt surfaces usually film better because they don't reflect stage lights. Fabric and matt-laminated panels are common choices. If your event is filmed, tell us so we can plan for it.
How much set-up time does a backdrop need?
It depends on size, materials, quantity, finish and installation. Share your venue access window early so the design can be planned to fit it.
What size should a step-and-repeat wall be?
It should be wide enough for your largest expected group photo and tall enough to fill the frame behind them. Tell us how many people usually pose together and we'll suggest a size.
