Promotional Kiosks for Roadshows, Demos and Lead Capture

A promotional kiosk exists for a campaign, not for trading. It might host a product demo in a mall, collect sign-ups for a bank or telecom offer, or tour several venues over a month as a roadshow. Because it moves, it needs to be light, quick to assemble and tough enough to survive repeated handling.

Tell us the campaign dates, the venues and what staff will actually do at the kiosk: talk, demonstrate, hand out or take details on a tablet. That shapes the counter height, storage, screen mounts and graphics. Space in malls and venues may need mall or organiser approval, and we'll flag what to check.

Typical applications

  • Mall roadshows

One kiosk design that moves between malls over the length of a campaign.

  • Lead capture

Stations with tablet mounts and room for a conversation, for sign-ups and enquiries.

  • Product demonstrations

Counters with power and screen mounts for demos and trials.

  • Launch promotions

Short-term kiosks placed near a store to support an opening or new range.

What we need to quote

  • Campaign dates and number of venues
  • Floor space allowed at each venue
  • What staff will do at the kiosk
  • Power, screen or tablet requirements
  • Whether the kiosk should be stored and reused afterwards

Questions

How many times can a promotional kiosk be reused?

It depends on the build and how carefully it's handled and stored. Modular kiosks with replaceable graphics are designed for repeated use; lighter one-off builds are not. Tell us your plans so we can suggest the right approach.

Do promotional kiosks need power?

Only if you're using lighting, screens or charging points. Many malls provide power at set points on request, so confirm with the venue before the design is finalised.
