Pop-Up Counters and Podiums for Events and Reception Points
A pop-up counter gives your team a front: somewhere to stand, rest a laptop, hand out samples and keep bags out of sight. It replaces the draped folding table that often appears at events, and it's designed to pack down and travel in a car or small van.
Counters are used at registration desks, promotional stands, temporary receptions during office moves and as podiums for speakers. Tell us what staff will do behind it, whether it needs a lockable shelf, and how often it will be moved. If you need a whole kiosk rather than a counter, see promotional kiosks.

Questions
What height should an event counter be?
Standing counters are usually around elbow height so staff and visitors can talk comfortably. If people will write or sign at the counter, or it needs to suit wheelchair users, mention it and a lower section can be discussed.
Can the counter graphic be changed for different events?
Yes, if the counter uses a replaceable wrap or panels. That's often the most practical choice if you'll use it for several campaigns or sub-brands.
