Custom Fabrication in Acrylic, Wood, Metal and Foam

Sometimes you don't need a finished sign or stand, you need a specific piece made: an acrylic product holder, a wooden display plinth, a metal bracket, or a carved foam shape for a set. This service covers custom fabrication from your drawings, sketches or a problem you describe.

Each material behaves differently. Acrylic is crisp but scratches, wood is warm but needs sealing, metal is strong but heavy, and foam is light but needs coating. Tell us what the piece has to do, and we'll suggest which material, or combination, makes most sense.

Questions

What file types can you work from?

Vector files such as DXF, AI or PDF are ideal for cut parts. For 3D pieces, CAD files or detailed drawings help. If you only have a sketch with measurements, that's still a good starting point.

Can you make a single one-off piece?

One-offs are often possible, though set-up time means the cost per piece is usually higher than for a batch. We'll confirm when we see the brief.

Which material should I choose?

Start with what the piece has to do: carry weight, look premium, stay light, survive handling or sit outdoors. That narrows the choice quickly, and we can suggest options from there.
