Shopfront and Window Branding for Launches, Openings and Seasons
Your shopfront is the one piece of advertising every passer-by sees. Shopfront branding treats it as a campaign space: a window display for a launch, hoardings that announce a store while it's being fitted out, fascia dressing for an opening, or a full window takeover for a seasonal sale. The aim is a frontage that looks deliberate, not a collection of stickers.
This page is about planning the look across the whole frontage. For the film and vinyl itself, such as frosting, one-way vision and printed window graphics, see window and wall graphics. Mall stores may need landlord or mall approval for frontage changes; we'll flag what to check before anything is produced.
Typical applications
Launch and campaign windows
A window display built around a new product or promotion, often combining graphics with physical props.
Fit-out hoardings
Branded panels that screen a store under construction and tell shoppers what's coming.
Opening dressing
Temporary fascia and entrance branding for the first days after a store opens.
Seasonal takeovers
Window schemes for Ramadan, Eid, national holidays or sale periods, replaced when the season ends.
What we need to quote
- Photos of the full frontage, from inside and outside
- Window and fascia measurements, or a mall drawing
- Campaign dates and how long the scheme should stay up
- Number of stores, if it's a rollout
- Mall or landlord guidelines for shopfronts

Questions
Can a window display be installed outside trading hours?
Many malls expect frontage work to happen before opening or after closing. Tell us the mall's access rules and timing can be discussed per project.
Will a window takeover block light into the store?
It depends on the film. Perforated one-way vision film lets light through and keeps a view out, while solid vinyl blocks it. Mixing the two across a frontage is common.
What goes on a fit-out hoarding?
Usually the brand, what's opening and a date or 'coming soon' message. Some malls supply a hoarding template or restrict what can appear, so check their guidelines first.
